This agreement is "RENIVO" This stipulates the general requirements for producing products in Vietnam and exporting them to the following countries.

- 1kg of main ingredients and preparation of additional ingredients
- Manufacturing based on the client's formula
- Ship 10 sample bottles to Korea (for KFDA inspection and approval)
- Remaining amount (Vietnam OTC drug registration, sample testing)
- Prepare 1kg of main ingredients & additives
- Manufacture based on client’s Formula
- Ship 10 Sample Bottles to Korea (For KFDA inspection)
- Remaining stock (Vietnam OTC registration, sample testing)
- Chuẩn bị 1kg nguyên liệu chính & phụ gia
- It's like a khách hàng
- Gửi 10 chai mẫu sang Hàn Quốc (Kiểm định KFDA)
- Hàng tồn kho (Đăng ký thuốc OTC Việt Nam, kiểm tra mẫu)
2. 1st testing production: 5,000 bottles 2. 1st Test Production (5,000 bottles) 2. Sản Xuất Thử Nghiệm Lần 1 (5.000 chai)
- Proceed with the second round of main production after pilot approval and label design finalization.
- Total of 50,000 bottles Production and export to Korea
- Official distribution begins after on-site inspection is completed.
- After consultation on the detailed contract (Separate Attachment #2)
- Proceed to 2nd main production after pilot approval & label confirmation
- Total 50,000 Bottles production & export to Korea
- Official distribution after local inspection
- Details subject to agreement negotiation (See Attachment #2)

- If there are no issues with cooperation between both parties after this production, Medazy will be designated as the fixed manufacturer.
- Signing of long-term OEM contract (Unit price/MOQ negotiable)
- If no cooperation issues after main production, appoint Medazy as fixed manufacturer
- Sign long-term OEM Agreement (Price/MOQ TBD)
- If you don't know what to do, you can't help it.
- If you are satisfied with OEM delivery (Giá/MOQ thỏa thuận sau)
The manufacturer may not disclose or leak formulation ratios, technical information, etc. to third parties. (See Attachment #1)
Manufacturer cannot disclose formulas or tech info to 3rd parties. (See Attachment #1)
